As is typical, it looks like you were probably right. Unless we can find a way to move the exhaust higher I think I'm going to have significant ground clearance issues. I'm not so concerned about the heat exchangers, but the I'm fearful the exhaust will hit on any speed bump or leaving my steep driveway.










And there is absolutely zero room up top.
