Difference between 915 and G50 rebuild?
I did several 915 gearboxes and other than a few fairly non-expensive special tools, not much else is needed. I might be looking at a 993 G50 gearbox rebuild soon. So...
1. What are other special tools that might be needed?
2. How much more expensive G50 parts are?
3. How much experience can be carried over from the 915 to the G50
4. Should I do this or just send the box to someone?
