Do the records say what brand or part number struts were installed ? Personally I would be surprised if 19k miles killed them . I would get the new tires installed and see how she feels . If the old tires exhibit any weird wear patterns an alignment might be a good idea . Also at 100k + your rubber suspension pieces may be in need of replacement . Just something to think about . You are not far from me so howdy neighbor
