I have a plain generic ss propane grill for 2-4 people....but I also have the 'Cave Man' in the pic below.
It's smaller...fits 2 steaks max...but it's propane infrared.
The heating pad is on the top and a minute after it's lit you can't get your hand near the grilling portion. A steak takes only a few minutes...it's super fast.
No flare ups because the drippings don't drop on the heat.
