The door lock pivot cable spring has broken on the drivers side door. Porsche has apparently redesigned the cable attachment because the original cable has a C shaped attachment point which doesn't fit properly in the new door lock device. I am trying to find a video or tutorial to help me replace the old cable with the new style cable. I know this door lock pivot failure is common, but I haven't found any good DIY instruction on replacing the cable. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
