I got a reply back from DeWalt and it was a form reply. It doesn’t look like he even read my email, but he asked if I tried the troubleshooting tips, tried different, chargers, etc. Answered all his questions, sent a copy of my receipt and a video of the batteries running the video and shutting down.
I don’t think it’s a Dewalt issue, I think they’re counterfeit.

Try registering them for warranty on DeWalt's website. If warranty registration works, start a warranty claim.
