It must take hours for them to service the neighborhood versus minutes, if the owners took their garbage cans to the street. But, then the neighbor would be on sightly with garbage cans at the street! 🙄
This is the same neighborhood, that complained to the ARB, that I had a 12 inch deep trench, cut 2 foot behind the curb, because they were afraid somebody walking their dog would fall in. I had to block it off. Double 🙄🙄
We also have to enclose the dumpsters, so that the homeowners don’t see them. These people need a job or a hobby.
