The neighborhood I build in, has a garbage collector who goes to each house, grabs the trash can, empties the trash can in the truck and return their trash cans to the house. And not just to the house, but inside a gated service yard on the side.

It must take hours for them to service the neighborhood versus minutes, if the owners took their garbage cans to the street. But, then the neighbor would be on sightly with garbage cans at the street! 🙄

This is the same neighborhood, that complained to the ARB, that I had a 12 inch deep trench, cut 2 foot behind the curb, because they were afraid somebody walking their dog would fall in. I had to block it off. Double 🙄🙄

We also have to enclose the dumpsters, so that the homeowners don’t see them. These people need a job or a hobby.

That sounds like a GREAT place...












to never buy a house or live.



And I know that this has been posted, but it seems so fitting. This guy was not allowed to park his boat in his driveway so he worked it out so he could park it behind the fence, but then had the fence painted so they still had to see his boat.
