With the fires burning less than 10 miles from here, the crews (over 100 personnel) are being fed at the old military training base. They put out a call for volunteers to help feed them and my wife said she couldn't go in and work in the big kitchen, but could make biscuits and cookies. Then there was a need for sturdy trays in which to transport the goodies. It would be great if they were reusable, but no great loss if they disappeared. I happened to have leftover flooring and shelf scraps, so with some rough measurements, turned these:

Total outlay was about a half hour of time and 24 screws in the three trays. The first one already had biscuits in it when I took the pics.
