The post referenced above does not show 'food' but rather a 'food product' which has no beneficial nutrients.
The 30ft human G.I. Tract is designed around a micro-bacterial system which breaks down nutrients to be absorbed selectively. The appendix holds a concentration of this beneficial bacteria to replenish the system, after any flush due to system poisoning or flush removal of blockage. Bacterial cells generally outnumber human cells 10:1 in the body and DNA is only ~20% human unique. When we are 'hungry for something specific' the trigger is believed to be to be a feedback signal and originate from our contained hosts. It is a symbiotic relationship extending well into the local environment and it's bio-culture. That is why we are generally immune to MRSA and Staph cells which is everywhere in the air and on our skin constantly.
Only a half dozen weak plants shown.
The first batch of pesto was bland and flavorless with the plastic jar of
'available' store-bought parmesian cheese.
Real cheese made the mix tasty. So good.
(Pro-tip: Don't do this. Pull and process only one plant at a time. Remove all stems wilt and anything with black spots diligently in a bath. Wash and dry immediately.)
