I have an 8 foot bed in my F350, and it has come in handy a ton. I would look for an 8 foot bed F150.
Or an old 70's square body Chevy would be cool, and the long beds are worth way less. That would be easy to sell too. Not sure about emissions there in CA so that might be a pain. Probably better to look at like what you posted.
