Not the answer to your question, but I think you would be money, time and effort ahead by getting a dumpster and demoing everything first and then get that out of your way and then pay for deliveries as needed.
Sure, It’s nice to just run and get materials, but building materials are heavy and you will probably need to get a helper each time you go.
Remember, you will need to have insurance on the truck and pay for fuel as well.
I have never owned a truck and have built a deck, replaced a garage and reroofed my house. Although I had a hatchback and brought all the deck materials home in that- bunch of 14 ft boards in a Geo Metro! Got flipped off by a pickup driver- he was going the opposite way, so I wasn’t causing him trouble- just annoying how much I could carry I guess!
Menards delivered the whole garage order and unloaded it where I asked.
