Subject: Value Check – 1982 Porsche 911SC w/ Steel Turbo Flares
Hello everyone, looking for some input on what my 911 might be worth in today’s market. Details below:
1982 Porsche 911SC
- 201,333 miles, motor was rebuilt has chain tensioners previous owner
- Steel turbo flares (not fiberglass)
- Motor in good condition, runs strong
- Suspension in good condition
- Paint is tired / not so good, previous owner did a respray not so good
- Interior is fair to worn
- Rear is a little high because I deleted the AC and blower
- Radio deleted
- Tru Design Fuchs 17x8 F and 17x10 R
- Front and Rear decklids primered
Car was regularly driven, not a garage queen and has roughly been in storage the last 10ish years. Recently registered and passed CA smog. I would like to get a realistic sense of what the market would pay for a car in this condition, not concours, but solid mechanically with cosmetic needs before I post everywhere. And I'm not interested in going the BAT route either.
Appreciate any thoughts or comparable sales you’ve seen lately.
Thanks in Advance
