Not an expert on pricing, but I would put the price at $40K and would be happy to get $38K. Seems low, but 200K miles means that some not so common things are going to need replacing and bad paint isn't something most P car people want to live with. AC missing is also a real issue for anyone in the hot and humid areas outside SoCal and that can be an $8K endeavor.
With the cost of a respray getting to be astronomical, $12-16K for a good-very good job and don't even ask for a perfect job, the cost of fixing these in a shop going crazy and parts climbing, it really dings the price.
I love your car, I am also on the east coast so I may be low for CA. The car is perfect for someone passionate about the 911 that can drive it as is or slowly fix the issues.
