URO, tank you for once again being so good about admitting your challenges and getting the community the info we need. Awesome service that I hope everyone here appreciates.
URO, are there other batches we can order from or are there no good one's in circulation?
Also, there are some of us (like me) who clearly have one with your bad seams. How can we go about getting ours replaced if, like me, we clearly bought them when those were (are) in circulation, but we don't have the bag anymore as we tried to install them....and in that process the bags got thrown out.....in great part because we never expected to have issues like we have.
