Update:
The headlight test results:
12.4V, lights on, after 10 mins 12.2V
another 10 mins - 12.2V
another 10 mins - 12.1V
lights are off, voltage returned to 12.3V-12.4V
Voltage was measured pos post, neg cable terminal.
