No, but close enough to keep humans away. There is plenty of stuff that will kill us. I assume that since we are a fairly highly evolved life form, it's a bit harder to highjack us and make us do their bidding. Although, I'm sure that without any form of medicine, it may be possible for some fungus to do whacky things to people.
