The neighbor to my right looking south owns a construction/pier/deck/seawall/etc. business...he wants in and will build a platform for the tent system. It is a really neat design that meets the higher end duck hunter desires.

His son and Jack are friends and see this as a positive for other business ventures down here...they are both a lot more forward leaning than their two dino dads. They have a camping spot on their farm that I'll take some pictures of.

I had no idea how much some folks are willing to spend to do this and we are going to wait until next year to make sure we get this right.

You have a beautiful spot, I suspect they will do quite well. With my BIL’s business it’s about 50% the hunt, and about 50% getting away from the city and drinking with your buddies.
