I would fix the problem first then do preventative maintenance just to prevent compounding of issues. Given it's ignition related you should not have to even take it off the jack stands before changing the sensors. I bet coil pack for the misfire.
ECS tuning owns Pelican.
The ECS website shows OEM brands and I believe they specifically state that in the description. Mind you, most of the parts I have purchased from them are for BMW.
