I had to deal with something similar last year, and switching to a
sip trunk provider gave us more control over numbers and messaging. Once it was set up, I could route texts and calls through a central platform instead of juggling different tools. Setup wasn’t too bad, and it saved us time long term. You might have to tweak some routing settings based on your phone system.
