Mother nature always wins. Sometimes it's a year, sometimes it's 20. Enjoy it while it lasts.
I've seen abandoned houses consumed by nature in 20 years. A cut field becomes woods in less than 20.
When we're gone, our remnants will be consumed and regurgitated for the next occupiers of earth.
