Just to be clear, the stock 3.2 cams doesn't have threaded holes for the bolts, the machine shop drilled two 6mm holes on the driver side cam. I'm not sure if there is a ready made extension but any machine shop should be able to turn one on the lathe. I don't like welding anything to the cam as this may alter the hardness of it, also the mod I did is easily reversible.
