I am using Win 11 Pro.
That seems like total workaround, and real pain in the butt.
Back in the days of my iPhone 5s, I just ripped the DVD to a MP4 file as I remember. Then I just put it in a folder for iTunes (
the worst POS piece of software ever) and it worked fine. Now the digital media right stuff has become a lot more strict. I totally understand copyright, and I don't want to cheat at all.
I just want to watch one of my DVDs on my phone.
I want it stored on my phone, so I don't need internet or 5G or Bluetooth or any connection, just play a file on my iPhone. I have multiple videos on my phone I shot, but they are kinda boring even to me.
Stuck at the doctor's office or at the airport, I have a movie to watch (I do have Bluetooth headphones) and occupy some time.
I really should not be that hard.
