If I remember well the nut is actually welded to the bracket, so you don't want to turn it. Instead, you want to remove the bolt which has its head facing the front of the car. You can't see it on the picture. You need a tiny ratchet with an Allen bit of the correct size (can't remember, must be 6mm at most). The bolt and black plastic fixture will come off while the metal bracket with welded nut will stay on.
