I've had great luck selling and so-so luck buying, I've actually been burned twice with undisclosed issues but both vehicles are winners after a lot of corrective action, so it's not like they were junk heaps or had fatal flaws. It is a HUGE advantage to be able to inspect something in person before bidding but sometimes it's not feasible. The 7 day format allows it, though.
Videos and additional photos supplied in response to requests goes a long way as well as just the feeling you get from the seller in the Q&A section. In the end, though, they are used cars.
