So I sent an email with a picture of the label which clearly shows the bad batch number to the above email address, and I got a response today from John in sales that I have to take any warranty issues up with the selling vendor, which is our host Pelican, I have also found the invoice today from Pelican which I emailed to Uro, and referenced this thread to John about the warranty replacement. Uro parts has admitted to selling a bad batch of seals and now they won't honor the above quoted warranty replacement. What's up with that Uro parts? This is turning into a big hassle.
Received another email from John in sales that they are currently out of stock for the replacement seal and they do not have an ETA when it will be available again and they will notify me when inventory is available to complete the replacement. Hopefully this will have a satisfactory outcome.
