As stated above and if you can steam clean the engine compartment, underside and engine. Making it clean makes it much nicer when putting it all back together. I would replace all vacuum lines, plugs, cap, rotor, maybe plug wires since it is out of the car, valve adjustment of course, maybe check the clutch/pressure plate, flywheel and throwout bearing. Service CV joints and install new boots, bolts and washers and may as well install new fan belt.
