A pair of AppBiz (now JWest) door moisture barriers ready to be unrolled...



Door panel removed...



XTC speaker baffle installed.

Previous owner installed 6.5" aftermarket speakers...



Applying the butyl tape around the perimeter of the door for the moisture barrier to adhere to...

Moisture barrier installed and trimmed for my specific needs: speaker cutout, lock knob, etc...





Door panel crack reinforced with some Gorilla tape. As an aside, I LOVE finding the handwritten numbers on these cars. Really speaks to the moment in time that they were built...



Of course, when I went to reinstall the door panel, the rear hinge for the door pocket lid broke (as I was carrying the panel to the car), so a 24 hour JB Weld detour ensued...



Panel hung, Sonderwerks aluminum release installed...



Plastic trim piece on the leading edge of the garnish rail. They tend to crack. This one was intact, but I like to reinforce them by applying black foil tape to the backside prior to reinstallation...
