Steve has some good data here from 3.2SS and 3.4SS builds, tending closer to ~250rwhp on some of those builds: https://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/1125595-fun-dyno-comparisons-3-2-vs-3-4-vs-964-a.html

Assumptions: yours is a US 3.2 (9.5:1 CR), you have larger headers (41mm) to let the top end breath more, but no cams, so you’re going to be a little limited there. You’re also in CA so will be on 91 pump gas. My 3.2SS with similar mods — 38mm SSIs, Dansk 2-1, 10.2 CR Mahles, ported heads, TB, 993SS cams, SW chip on 93 — is a hair over 250RWHP.

Guess: ~232RWHP on the dyno, or 257HP at the flywheel (11% loss). That might be a tad optimistic but you’d probably pick up a ton with some good cams.
