Okay then, 4x4 posts with strips and rails to retain panels of 10 mm translucent polycarbonate.
How about pouring concrete piers with metal post bases bolted on, so that even the wood posts are easy to replace?

Great idea if you have the time and inclination. Sonotubes, cleats etc. But its hard to get that stuff exactly straight unless you do the cleats with a laser transit.
