Its not a security thing - its a computer nightmare but if you want to save the picture from a browser as is. First try opening the picture in a new window and then right clicking it and save picture as or save as - or Internet Explorer saves everything in the cache - Tools, Internet Options, Settings, View Files and copy and paste the image from there in its original format.
