Zojirushi makes good stuff. We've had the hot water kettle for about 20 years and it's still ticking along. The missus has been talking about getting a rice cooker off and on for years. I think we're going to pull the trigger in the next week or so, and the one that we're looking at is a Zojirushi also with a setting for it.

Also, I am a huge fan of the more traditional Century Egg and Pork Congee as well. If you're ever in Las Vegas, I recommend Taiwan Deli on Spring Mountain Rd. for that style...
