One bit of advice, if I may. When you use that magnificent burner for wok cooking, consider using a much thinner carbon steel wok. Bonus points if you have a foot pedal for adjusting the flame output.

There are times you don't want full heat and a thick cast iron pan won't lose heat very fast.
