That's me, I'm not buying a car until I've seen it in person and if possible, started and driven it. If I can't start and drive it, then it's got to be at a price that reflects that. "Looks good" doesn't mean diddly as far as mechanicals go. Could have no pistons or fried pistons or cracked head and block or ...
I'm not sure that anything on BaT ever seems like a "great deal" from a buyer perspective, but then I don't spend that much time on it.
