And I suspect those fancy new tools can be great, but like you said, I think a lot of folks recommend stuff that's not entirely necessary. Like I said, the place that I go (my wife loves) turned me off by always asking about teeth whitening and straightening. I was in my mid to late 40s when I went, and while not perfectly straight (never had braces) also aren't bad. It's not like folks think I'm British or something. And I'm not a smoker and I don't drink coffee. My teeth won't blind you, but they don't look like bananas either.
