How many days after perihelion will you wait to see if the object's trajectory has been modified. Hours? Days? Weeks? Years? I mean, some reports already state that it has turned and is HEADING STRAIGHT FOR EARTH!!! while some claim it's going to go into orbit around Jupiter, and others just mention amorphous trajectory corrections. But, one way or the other, the average person can see where it is in the sky if they want to, so EVERYONE will know when and if it changes direction, right?
