Your understanding looks correct to me.
I read the terms.
Each lot the buyer pays a 7% buyers fee with a minimum of $500 per lot.
So if you bought a lot for roughly $7K you would pay $500.
Very expensive, but Hagerty like BAT have the HP to demand anything they want now.
