I like LMNT hydration powder, but only if I am sweating.
for a daily thing. MY NEW THING. Hibiscus TEA!!
I buy a big bag of it at the Mexican grocery store. cheap!! boil a pot of water, fist full of dried flowers, steep...you can drink as is, but I do add a cinnamon stick to the steep.
and I do add some sugar. very little, just to tame the tartness. it tastes like unsweetened cranberry juice. I say 1/3 cup of sugar to a gallon of tea. I know sugar subs would work.
