LOL. Lets get a clue: if the cost of an item is 9.02, do you really think the merchant is going to ask for 9.00 instead of 9.05? It isn't a big hairy deal but the buyer will always get the losing end of that scenario. Wait till they do the same with nickels and dimes...
Of course, the govt wants to force a cashless society "for your own good..."
