Yep, staged BS. I'm sure we've all seen the video of the girl at the gym with the elastic band to help her do pull ups. The elastic band slips off of her foot and energetically slaps that cratch like that. I'm sure that ONE of those videos is real. I've now seen at least 20 different versions with 20 different women and 20 different gyms. I'm sure those are all fake/staged for clicks.
Tons of videos out there now are recreations of real videos meant to go viral or get clicks. I try to intentionally NOT click those videos.
