I replaced my Echo Show 10 with a new Show 11 because the screen was blotching in the lower right corner. (out of the one year warranty of course)
I plugged in the new one and was surprised that Alexa's voice is completely different. She sounds like a teenager now and has a sharp tone to it. I checked my Echo Dot and it's the new voice also.
