I think that's the problem. I don't think I've EVER seen or heard of anyone getting any sort of training on them in the US. So they started getting installed, and are unlike anything else anywhere else on the roads in the US. There should be training. But most folks are just winging it (and many folks are too clueless to be left to their own designs).
