Apologies for the delayed response fallingat120mph. I did purchase and install the M&K active pre muffler and muffler. I am very happy with the quality and the sound. The active part of the system does a nice job providing more sound when more throttle is used and being quite when maintaining speed on the road. General exhaust sound is deeper and louder than stock but by no means 'loud'. And no droning while normal driving. You do get a nice little bark on start up because the active valve is open for the first second or so when the engine starts. Makes me smile. But again not obnoxious.

The butt dyno says it is all about the sound. I can't convince myself I gained anything performance wise. Overall I am happy with the exhaust and would not hesitate to recommend it.
