I can't speak for the 911 door plastic but mine are gone. The door card is damaged and I used some fiberglass to strengthen it a little. The plan is to glue the edge of the covering back where it belongs and make a plastic liner from an old waterbed. Some screws are stripped and I may install Rivnuts in some but will wait until I decide whether to replace the door card.
I'm tempted to buy an interior kit and freshen the whole thing. I'm looking at the j-seal and other parts to finish this door seal task. I also noticed that there is a repair kit for the door latch plastic. Roger Bray seems to have parts that aren't available in the US but I'll call pelican 1st before hassling with the importing.
Does anyone have an idea why I wouldn't be receiving email notifications? It's turned on.
