Nothing near as adventurous as a bathroom remodel, I just installed a new door handle on the man door to the garage. The old one was a knob style that was not retracting the 'bolt' all the way so made the door hard to open. My wife spotted the Amazon order I made yesterday for the new handle, so it's not a surprise to her, and admitted to me she'd been feeling 'unsafe' about how the old one operated.
You guys must be getting to me. I actually redid the initial install and used a level on the escutcheon around the handle to get it level.
Now all I have to do is figure out how to get the tumbler out of the old door knob so I can throw it away without giving up the secret of what our keying is for the locks.
