A year earlier, in 1981, the studio producing the film became interested in the Skoda 110 Super Sport Tipo 724 because of its flamboyant design. Given the distinctive capsule-like interior access, a series of design modifications were made to suit the glamour of cinema.

New bumpers and headlights were installed, along with a massive rear wing and a black paint job with red accents. In some nighttime scenes, additional lights were also added to the grille.

In the film, the Skoda plays one of the vampires. The plot tells the story of a nurse recruited as a rally driver by a manufacturer (Ferat) to participate in races, though the car hides a secret: it doesn't need gasoline to run, it runs on human blood.

The car acquires the necessary blood to function through the accelerator pedal, every time the driver presses it. Another detail that adds intrigue and a touch of gore to the film's plot is its mysterious pulsating hood, a sign that something alive lurks beneath the bodywork.

Currently, the Skoda 110 Super Sport Type 724 (or 110 Super Sport ‘Ferat’ in honor of the film) is part of the company's museum.
