I've been out on the jobsite all my life an only ever peed in a porta potty. When we camped in the 50's the outhouses in the camp cured me of going in there. If I can find anywhere else to pee but the plastic pit I will pee there be it a bush or dumpster.
Also one thing that really annoys me is guys arriving at a job site and having to use the thing right away when we need to get lined out and working. If there weren't laws I would have fired every one just for that. They'd be in there for 10 minutes. That's just poor planning. Get up an hour earlier. You can tell a lot about a man when that happens. Usually they aren't good workers.
I'd find a way to get rid of them eventually.
