Okay I checked the fuel pressures and cold was lean (20 psi) and warm pressure was 50.5 which is barely within spec according to the Bentley I have.
The sound definitely was louder underneath coming from around the transmission. I recently changed the motor and transmission mounts but I couldn't feel any strong shakes coming from the mounts when the engine was running.
I tried unplugging the O2 relay and it made the car run worse.
I will open up the valve covers and check adjust the valves and check the head studs and then do a compression test after.
