Oil change and filter
Visual inspection for oil leaks and loose parts.
Any strange discoloration might mean issues.
Inspect for fuel leaks (weeping, leaks you'll smell immediately)
Valve adjust, check rocker shaft location
Check spark plugs for heat range corrections
Check the CO for mixture or ignition issues
Check the timing
Adjust the fan belt
Adjust the clutch cable if applicable
And I always want to have a 13 mm wrench in my hand to recheck everything....
