It's replacing a nine year old 65" Vizio D65u-D2
The screen started getting slighty darker in one lower quadrant....has to be failed led backlight strips.
A replacement kit is available online for $34. I watched a youtube video detailing the fix with the kit....not for me.
Having lasted 9 years...I figure it's time. Also, I found my receipt for it...$1163.00
New one is a third of that.
